Summer has arrived in Angel Fire!
After a spectacular winter season, we are open again for the summer. The new season harolds new seasonal dishes including the Volcano Ahi Stack, a wonderful mix of seared ahi tuna and soft shell crab with a spicy coconut cream.
Thank you to New Mexico Magazine for awarding the Clove with "BEST UPTOWN TACOS IN NEW MEXICO." I couldn't be more proud. Come in and give them a try!

Driving Directions
From Taos
Travel east on US 64 for approximately 27 miles.
Turn right at the blinking light onto Highway 434.
Drive 2.5 miles into the Village of Angel Fire.
Turn left on North Angel Fire Road (at International Bank) and proceed 0.5 miles.
The Roasted Clove is located on your right.
Park and enter restaurant on west side (downhill side) of the building.
From Eagle Nest
Travel west on US 64 for approximately 9 miles.
Turn right at the blinking light onto Highway 434.
Drive 2.5 miles into the Village of Angel Fire.
Turn left on North Angel Fire Road (at International Bank) and proceed 0.5 miles.
The Roasted Clove is located on your right.
Park and enter restaurant on west side (downhill side) of the building.
